DCDB: Array Junction Box / DC Distribution Box 
Array Junction Box (AJB) also known as DCDB (Direct Current Distribution Box), controls the DC power from Solar Panels and with having necessary surge protection device (SPD) and fuses to protect the solar panels strings and solar inverter from any type of damage. All components used are in accordance with per IEC 61643, IEC 60947, etc.

ACDB: AC Distribution Box, AC Junction Box
The ACDB (Alternative Current Distribution Box) receives the AC power from the solar inverter and directs it to AC loads through the distribution board. ACDB includes necessary surge protection device (SPD) and circuit breaker, LED lights and terminals to protect the solar inverter from any type of damage or heavy voltage. Specifications of ACDB may change as per load or inverter capacity. ACDB provided at the cable terminating point emanating from 5 KVA Solar Inverter for interconnection control of dedicated electrical loads.

We, SABO SYSTEMS PVT LTD, estabished in 1997, are doing Solar EPC across India. We use good quality Modules of companies like Candian, Renewsys, Vikram, Adani, Waree, etc. Modules with Indian cells also can be provided on request. Any other make Modules are also available on request. All modules are warranted upto 25 years for production.
Inverters Ongrid/ Hybrid / Offgrid as per requirement will be provided of reputed makes like Growatt, Sungrow, Delta, ABB, Polycab, Solis, etc. Inverters carry warranty from 5 years to upto 25 years.
Mounting structure for rooftop / ground mounted will be HDGI / GI as per required size.
DC and AC wires all are of reputed make like Leoni, Siechem, Lapp, Polycab, Havells, etc.
ACDB and DCDB are housed inside IP 66 enclosure of polycarbonate / ABS using SPD, fuse, MCB, terminals, etc. all as per IEC / IS standards.
Earthing as desired at site are designed in accordance with IS 3043, BS 740 along with designing of conductor size. Earthing make is our own SABO. Copper bonded earth rods / GI / Copper bonded rod or Copper bonded earth electrodes are used with backfill compound and FRP earth pit cover. Our earth rods are UL approved, compound is tested as per IEC 62561-7, etc.
Lightning protection system designing is being done is accordance with NFC 17-102:2011, IEC 62305 and adequate lightning protection system is being installed.
Installation and commissioning is being done in front of our technical supervisor through skilled manpower as per norms. Installation and commissioning is done in fastest time. All materials we deliver in single time and installation team returns only after completing the job.
